Easy retrievals start with proper sorting and indexing of the items in a box. This can either be performed by us or by the client. We maintain this information online. This allows our clients to easily search for items by type, date, department, etc
BARCODE TECHNOLOGY
With the aid of bar code technology, all boxes contained in our warehouse are assigned unique identifiers during pick-up. On reaching our warehouse the unique identifier is reconfirmed and placed in a unique location; the identifier and location are matched in our technology platform for ease of retrieval.
IN-HOUSE LOGISTICS
Our logistics vehicles are always on-hand to transport your boxes securely to and from your location. We offer same day, next day and two business days delivery services
PRIVATE VIEWING ROOMS
Our private viewing rooms allow our clients to view their documents onsite in private areas free from interference and with utmost confidentiality
Our online service portal allows our clients to perform a variety of functions, these include
