OUR SCANNERS
- DataGuard utilizes state of the art scanners with a conversion capacity of about 650,000 pages per day with scanning speed of 160 images per minute at 300 dpi(dots per image) in Colour, Grayscale, and Monochrome
- Your documents are protected with acoustic sensors, which ensures your data is captured with smart ultrasonic technology, and reduce rescans by cleaning up documents automatically in a single pass
- Reliability is enhanced even further with new skew prevention technology for exceptional paper handling
OUR SCANNING SOFTWARE
- Our scanning services is done in partnership with Paper Stream Digital imaging software, which uses modern barcode lead sheet technology for document imaging
- With the aid of the barcoded lead sheets, large volumes of hard copy documents can be scanned, indexed and stored for retrievals any mass media storage of choice
- Scanned documents are searchable by means of the optical character recognition feature of the software
- The software allows for proper documentation of the number of documents scanned as clients pay based on number of pages scanned
